    Description

    We are looking for talented and passionate Software Developers to join our team in developing an innovative digital health platform.

    As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining the platform, ensuring that it meets the highest quality standards and provides an exceptional user experience.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, with experience in healthcare or technology industries being a plus.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, data scientists, and quality assurance engineers, to develop high-quality software solutions.
    • Design, code, test, and debug software components and modules, adhering to industry best practices and established coding standards.
    • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to deployment and maintenance.
    • Contribute to architectural decisions and the development of software frameworks and libraries.
    • Optimize software for performance, scalability, and reliability.
    • Write and maintain technical documentation, such as design specifications, user guides, and API documentation.
    • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's skills and processes.

    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    A minimum of 1 year of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

    Familiarity with mobile app development for iOS and/or Android platforms is a plus.
    Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
    Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
    Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    We run an ongoing internship programme within our Product Development team. Interns typically join us for 3 months (often with the possibility to extend the internship) on an unpaid basis.

    All our internships are full-time and successful candidates following the first 3 months will be evaluated for a £700.00 per month salary upon successful confirmation as Junior Associates.
