    Commis Chef Position in Bristol

    We are seeking a skilled Commis Chef to join our dedicated team at MBDA, Golf Course Lane, Bristol, BS34 7QS

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assisting Senior Chefs in their designated sections
    • Preparing and cooking dishes following recipe cards
    • Adhering to food safety regulations
    • Assisting with food orders and ensuring compliance with allergen information
    • Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen
    • Checking and storing deliveries following the FIFO method
    • Contributing to routine kitchen cleaning activities
    • Providing service at counters

    Requirements

    • Prior experience as a Commis Chef is advantageous
    • Basic cooking skills
    • Previous kitchen experience
    • Awareness of allergens, with comprehensive training provided
    • Strong team player and communicator
    • Security checks by MBDA are mandatory
