Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome who are actively seeking to engage
Technical Service Administrator to join on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Reporting to the head of Technical Services, you will be the first port of call for customers when they need to log a complaint.
- Logging, investigate complaints.
- Responding to complaints in the set time frame
- Site and customer KPI reports
- Check daily production record and raise any issues.
- Artwork and packaging control
- GMP and Quality Audits
What you will need to succeed:
- Previous in a quality driven / manufacturing environment.
- Good attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic food safety
- Very Good knowledge and understanding of Excel.
What you will receive in return:
- To £24,000 per annum (DOE)
- Monday to Friday 08.30Am to 17.30AM
