Marketing Coordinator - London, United Kingdom - EMR
Description
A leading private bank is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help with the implementation with the delivery of marketing and communications activities to drive customer engagement.
This will include event support, multi-media content production and customercommunications across all the bank's marketing channels covering the B2C segment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and delivering virtual, inperson and hybrid events
- Working with senior colleagues to create and edit content for all marketing channels
- Proofread copy to ensure it adheres to the corporate identity guidelines
- Publish content via social media and the website
- Assist with editing video content, podcasts and imagery for use on external channels
- Support the preparation of marketing reports, analysis and presentations using relevant system/software, e.g., CRM, Google Analytics, Campaigner
Requirements:
- Previous experience delivering effective marketing and communications campaigns and a background in event marketing would be desirable
- B2C Financial services would be preferred
- Intermediate level with Microsoft Office programmes
- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher etc. required
- Strong organisational skills and able to able to prioritise your workload while supporting multiple projects
- Experience developing and sharing social media content is desired
- Up to date knowledge of marketing and communications tools
- Selfmotivated, excellent communicator and an eye for detail
- UK experience is essential
