The agency
Working with brands in a range of sectors including fashion, finance and technology this agency delivers full service cutting edge events from creative conferences through to live awards shows and brand activations. Leaning on their internal creative, production, scenic and technical teams this is an all encompassing role which has been newly created to take the lead on large scale and complex events.
The role
The Event Producer is at the core of each large scale project, creating the big idea and leading the event development as well as the production of these projects that will typically have budgets of £500k - £1m. These will be global and or highly complex and the Producer will work collaboratively with the production, client services and creative teams from brief to delivery.
About you
We are looking for an experienced Producer or Project Manager who has worked agency side on the delivery of complex and large scale live events. This is a very client facing role and you will manage key stakeholders internally and externally in a collaborative way. Big budget experience and being able to run a project from pitch to reconciliation is key - awards, live shows and creative conferences are your sweet spot. Staying calm under pressure and leading teams as well as juggling multiple projects is key. Experience in creating an amazing guest experience is crucial
