    Job summary

    Applications Operations Officer Band 4 - hours - Maglona house.

    As part of the Digital Healthcare team, Applications are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of corporate and clinical applications to support safe and effective patient care whilst delivering the digital strategy

    There are two positions available x1 permanent role and x1 fixed term role for 2 there is available room please state in your supporting information on your form if you have a preference on which you are wishing to apply for.

    Both roles are hours per week. The willingness to participate in an on-call service is essential .

    These positions include an apprenticeship opportunity and as such the successful candidates will be enrolled onto a Business Analyst Level 4 Apprenticeship.

    Main duties of the job

    This role involves day to day support of the applications including, incident management, request fulfilment, problem management, monitoring, change & release management and decommissioning.

    This is a busy role so we are looking for we are looking for someone who is highly organised, motivated, proactive and can cope under pressure to help us to deliver an excellent service.
