Partner Financial are working with a FMCG business who are embarking on an exciting period of change and transformation.

The business has invested heavily across new revenue streams under the new visionary management team, which looks set to cement the businessas the market leader.

The business is now looking to build a best-in-class finance function to support the growth of the business.


Working alongside the Commercial Development Manager, you have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects for the business, collecting and analysing data to evaluate existing and potential clients, markets, products, and business opportunities forthe promotion and sale of company products.


Key responsibilities:


  • Collecting and analysing data regarding customers and their preferences, segmentation, buying habits, and needs to better identify market potential and factors influencing product demand
  • Preparing reports on findings for senior leadership to support decision making
  • Tracking and forecasting sales and market trends, providing analysis and insight that will support senior management
  • Working alongside the different business units to improve departmental workflows, business processes, and standard policies for routine service
  • Leading research regarding marketing strategies and consumer opinions while collaborating with different teams across the business such as finance, sales, and marketing
  • Developing in depth understanding of competitors, and conduct analysis on their sales, prices, and methods of distribution and marketing
  • Comfortable conducting large datasets analysis to provide support for strategic plans across the business
  • Experience working withing large business will be advantageous
  • Able to deliver with exceptional levels of accuracy, placing a high regard on achieving excellence
  • A proactive individual, able to explore issues and develop metrics and strategies to test and enhance performance
