Assess and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary to ensure academic and personal growth.Collaborate with other members of the teaching team, support staff, and external professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
Stay up-to-date on best practices and developments in the field of SEN education, continuously seeking opportunities for professional development.
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience working with students with special educational needs and disabilities, preferably in a school setting.
Strong understanding of various special educational needs and disabilities, as well as strategies for supporting students with diverse needs.
