Our client is a UK leading manufacturing company in their field and are looking for a Credit Controller to join their growing finance function.


Reporting directly into the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for setting up new customer accounts, enforcing credit limits and managing debtors in line with company policies.

You will need at least one years' experience in a role where you have worked with and understand ledgers.


Key responsibilities:


  • Reviewing and maintaining customer credit limits
  • Evaluating new credit requests
  • Resolving stakeholder queries
  • Collecting cash from debtors
  • Cash forecasting
  • Credit insurance reporting
  • Ad hoc duties to support the wider finance team

Who would be the right fit?

  • Highly numerate and have a good attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner, confidence, and strong communication skills
  • Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as individually
  • Have at least one years' experience working with ledgers
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Excellent ability to use initiative, problem solve and resolve issues
