    Role Description
    This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Solicitor located in London.

    As an Immigration Solicitor at MARKAND & CO SOLICITORS LLP, you will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of immigration matters, including visa applications, appeals, sponsor licensing, and business immigration.

    You will also be responsible for managing your own caseload, conducting legal research, and attending court hearings and appeals at the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal.

    Qualifications
    A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with at least 3 years of PQE in immigration law
    Strong knowledge of UK immigration law and regulations, including the Points-Based System and related guidance
    Ability to work independently and manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and pragmatically
    Experience in managing junior solicitors, paralegals, and support staff is a plus
    Fluency in another language is a plus
