Tasks

• Whether touch displays, video walls or server racks: you configureour IT-supported media systems, install them on site and supportour customers with issues relating to the respective product.
• It's not just our customers who notice thatyou're a professional, but also your colleagues in planning andinstallation as well as the manufacturers you work withsuccessfully.
• You always have the scope ofour services and response times, i.e. the service level agreements(SLAs), on screen with every move you make, click you make andinquiry you receive from our customers.
• Because you like things to be tidy, you record your service stepsin detail and precisely using an issue tracking system.
• As you can see, you get around a lot, equipuniversities, public administrations and other customers withstate-of-the-art technology and ensure smooth workflows - it'sgreat to have you here

Profile

• Completed IT training, e.g. as anIT systems integration specialist, IT systems electronicstechnician, information electronics technician or a comparablequalification
• Experience in the media and/orevent industry, know-how in network, video and audio technology aswell as in control system software (Crestron, Extron or similar)would be a plus
• Good German and English (atleast B2 level)
• Interest in excitingbusiness trips (national and international)
• On a personal level? With independence, team spirit and a good doseof service orientation, you are the perfect addition to our team.
