- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any on-site issues or concerns.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any on-site challenges promptly to minimize delays and ensure smooth project execution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, daily logs, and safety documentation.
- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or in a similar role within the commercial sector.
- Extensive background in managing electrical refurbishment and installation projects in commercial and healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or building services (e.g., HNC/HND, NVQ, or equivalent).
