You will be working on Social Housing Refurbishment schemes covering sites in the Birmingham area on behalf of councils and housing associations.
You will be overseeing Kitchen and Bathrooms, Re-Roofing, Boiler Upgrades and E.W.I schemes in tenanted and void properties.Role/ResponsibilitiesEmbedding the client's requirements in every aspect of the project, offering the clients added value to give them the assurance that they can trust the Contractor in providing a quality start-to-finish deliveryAssisting the Project Manager with any problems or concerns on siteRegular liaison with the client, discussing progress and acting as the company representativeSenior management meetings on progression of sites making sure directors are aware of each developmentLiaising with TLO's for any issues or concerns from tenantsDiscussing build-ability and design issuesManaging Health & SafetyProgramming and planning all worksDevising a build programmeRecruitment of staff, organising trades and labourEnsuring KPI's are being achievedBenefits£27 per hour CIS or Umbrella on a temporary basisMileage PaidStreet ParkingMonday to Friday: 40 Hours Hours Per WeekRequirementsA strong background in the social housing refurbishment sectorCSCS Black Card, SMSTS, First Aid at WorkAsbestos Awareness
