Setsquare is actively hiring for a Site Manager for a long term contract based in Aston, Birmingham.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all onsite activities to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain a safe working environment and ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
Monitor progress, quality of work, and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Keep accurate records of site activities, including daily progress reports, site photos, and relevant documentation.
