The opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Protection Adviser to join our growing team.
Reporting to the Partnership Services Team Leader, the primary purpose of role is to proactively own and manage high quality protection and GI advice following the Openwork Sales Process guidelines.
Managing communications with clients, advisers, and 3rd party contacts, you will follow workflows and complete accurate CRM and submission records.
This is a high performance, high profile, sales focused role, based 2/3 days a week in our Swindon office.

- Salary up to £35,000 DOE
- Bonus scheme on target bonus 7.5%

Key Accountabilities:
- To demonstrate an excellent and comprehensive up to date knowledge of existing Openwork Protection & GI product suite.
- To identify customer needs and provide accurate and compliant advice relevant to customer's individual situation through professional and confident communication.
- To proactively follow up pipeline cases proactively and timely to establish a case resolution Ensuring that all cases follow the Openwork's T&C Framework.
What will you need to succeed?:
- Essential
- 1yrs+ experience in Protection advice
- Desirable
- RO5 or equivalent (Studying for), GI sales experience
- A clear communicator who can engage clients over the phone, with a proven track record as a protection adviser, exceeding quality and income targets
- Ability to work to predetermined deadlines in a fast paced, target driven environment
- Selfmotivated with ability to work within a team
- A result orientated individual with drive, determination and a great deal of integrity
- Listening and being able to build relationships at point of contact
- Demonstrate real enthusiasm and have a persuasive ability
- Selfmotivated and organised
