    Private Client Solicitor (2+PQE)
    Enfield – £45,000 - £65,000
    Private Client Solicitor (2+PQE)
    Enfield
    An esteemed firm located in North London is in search of a passionate private client solicitor to join their ranks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Managing the administration of Estates and Trusts
    • Overseeing matters related to Inheritance Tax
    • Supporting with casework, including various Wills, Probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney cases
    • Handling Estate administration processes like applying for and obtaining probate, setting up trusts, and resolving tax liabilities
    • Conducting tax planning activities (advantageous)
    • Managing correspondence and ensuring accurate time costing procedures

    Key Requirements

    • A dedicated team player who thrives on new challenges
    • Professional demeanor with a proactive approach to client care
    • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
    • Ability to use own initiative and exercise sound judgment
    • Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Office applications and document management
    • STEP qualification preferred but not mandatory
