To own the Sales Efforts for designated accounts and to develop business in existing and new business areas within the existing Energy Sector and the new businesses developing as part of the Energy Transformation with designated accounts, including but not limited to:Rotating Plant DCS and PLC controls
SCADA Systems for Onshore and Offshore Windfarms
SCADA and DCS Systems for Gas Storage Facilities
Electrical Equipment for Power Stations (Static Frequency Control, Static Excitation, Variable Speed Drives, Generator and other protection systems, electrical switchgear and control)
Power Station Operational Technology Cyber Security Systems
Sales & Targets:
To be responsible for the whole sales process, from opportunity identification through to contract signature and handover to the delivery group, for the entire SE GP SV CD portfolio of products and solutions.
To match SE GP SV CD portfolio with Customer needs, taking into account their markets, objectives and strategies.To generate and evaluate sales leads and new business opportunities.
To define and own the negotiation strategy for all opportunities within the designated Sales Accounts
To provide a range of management reports including Order Intake, Gross Margin, Win/Loss etc for Sales Accounts.
To represent the company in all pre-contract dealings with designated Sales Accounts
To work closely with SE GP SV CD HQ colleagues to produce composite offers.
To be responsible for Customer Relationship management of Sales Accounts using and Station Planning.
To ensure all company Offers and Contract agreements are approved in accordance with Authorisation protocol and Limits of Authority.
Regularly visits all customers to identify sales opportunities.Work closely with the Projects and Execution teams to maximise opportunities on existing contracts.
Commercial - extensive experience in general contracting environment (Capital Goods, preferably Engineering).
Engineering - proven experience in a commercial environment preferably power generation sector
Sales - demonstrated ability in a Capital Goods Sales environment, ideally within the Energy / Power Market
