In Cheval we do things slightly differently and the receptionist concierge role is integral in the running of the Front of House operations.

The role requires an experience receptionist who enjoys multiskilling and is prepared to deal with all aspects of Front of House from the guest arrival right through to their departure.


As a Receptionist Concierge, you will be in a role that offers great variety and opportunity to provide service excellence.

As well as the day-to-day receptionist duties you will be assisting the guests with their luggage, showing them their apartment and taking every opportunity to make our guests' stay is an exceptional one.
