Working 5 days over 7 on rota
Are you a driven, enthusiastic and motivated individual? Can you deliver world class customer service? Are you looking to work within the motor industry?

Our client, a high-performance luxury car brand, is looking for showrooms hosts to join their new studio which is due to open in the beginning of November.

In this role, you will be offering a unique customer buying and ownership experience. You will be the first point of contact for the customer therefore attention to detail is key.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

Providing in depth brand and product knowledge across the full model range as well as effectively explain the unique customer journey.
Maintaining a luxury customer experience from first interactions to after care.
Converting enquires into leads to meet individual KPI's as well as escalating any requirements which are required to meet KPI's.
Providing support at any events and VIP activities to ensure it runs successfully.
Keeping up to date with all of the models and any relevant automotive news or product launches.
Selfmotivated with a positive and professional attitude
A passion for the automotive industry
A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
Willing to go above and beyond for the customer with attention to detail.
Knowledge in Microsoft packages
Excellent verbal communication skills.
