Area Sales Manager - South Coast + Home Counties

Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience, 50% bonus potential, car allowance and more

The Role

Responsible for growth of the business within its distribution to the independent sector, covering DIY, electrical, lighting and home entertainment
Managing existing and new business opportunities
Working alongside the National Sales Manager develop major national accounts at store level as well as independent builders merchants
Effective journey planning and organisation as the role offers a high level of autonomy
Work closely with the team to help contribute to the wider growth of the business
Relevant administrative duties

What we need from you?

Experience gained within a similar Field Based / Area Sales / Account Manager position within the DIY and/or Merchants sector is essential
Electrical industry experience is highly desirable
Ability to self motivate and effectively plan your workload
Good numeracy skills and Excel knowledge
