- Develop and manage sales pipelines with prospective clients.
- Driving business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Selling products and services through establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, along with recommending solutions appropriately.
- Meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
- Owning the sales process, from identifying initial leads through to final client attainment.
- Tracking sales leads in Salesforce, as well as viewing key sales information on a regular basis.
- Carrying out demonstrations and pitching solutions during in person visits, along with following up after meetings with prospects and supporting all presented opportunities through having a technical knowledge.
- Maintaining relationships with clients, through providing support, information, and guidance, along with researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements.
- Enhancing staff accomplishments and competence through supporting the delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions aimed at less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members.
- Identifying product improvements from new products, through industry trends, market activities, as well as competitors.
- Maintaining quality service through establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
- Maintaining a thorough professional and technical knowledge through attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, stablishing personal network, benchmarking best practices, as well as participating in professional and industry organisations.
- Experience in selling software services.
- Be target driven and can show experience of consistently achieving sales based targes.
- Experience of either working within, or winning significant business with the big 4.
- Experience within sales and account management.
- Experience using sales tracking or CRM software.
- Full 360 sales experience
