    The Tottenham Hotspur Women FC (THWFC) is a professional team which competes in the Barclays Women's Super League, as well as domestically in The Women's FA Cup and The FA Women's League Cup.

    The successful applicant(s) will be assigned to one or multiple Women's Academy Teams where they will support the delivery of the technical curriculum and games program as an Assistant Coach.

    Founded in 1882, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club is an English Premier League and Women's Super League Club, based in North London, with millions of global followers.

    Spurs has since been home to some of the game's great entertainers, including Jimmy Greaves, Glenn Hoddle, Paul Gascoigne, David Ginola, Gareth Bale, Heung-Min Son and Harry Kane.

    The Women's team gained promotion for the 2019–20 FA WSL season after finishing second in the 2018–19 FA Women's Championship and has been a professional full-time set-up since.

    The stadium is the largest football club stadium in London and is a multi-use venue with the ability to host a variety of events 365 days a year, including NFL, boxing, rugby, concerts and other major events, plus visitor attractions including Stadium Tours and the Dare Skywalk.

    The stadium development scheme has to date created more than 4,000 new jobs for local people, with circa £300m pumped into the local economy each year.

    The Club operates out of multiple sites, including the Training Centre in Enfield where all Women's First Team training and coaching activities occur.

    The position will involve working irregular hours (e.g. evenings / Saturdays / Sundays / Bank Holidays).
    Successful candidates are subject to an enhanced DBS check with child's barred list.

    The successful applicant will be responsible for working across the Youth & Professional Development Phase across the U16's & U21 Academy Squads.

    This role is essential for the clubs ambition to have an aligned Academy and First Team which will help the clubs productivity in local home grown players.

    This role includes evening, weekend and bank holiday working hours.
    Design and deliver high quality training sessions in line with the clubs coaching methodology.
    Attend all Training Sessions and Fixtures relating to allocated squad.
    Work within the technical team to deliver a high quality technical development experience.
    Have regular meetings with the Professional Development Phase Lead & Technical Coaching Manager regarding appropriate player transitions.
    Proactively executes tasks, delivering work to highest of quality standards and takes responsibility for area of work.
    A minimum of FA Level 3 (UEFA B Licence)

    FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
    Experience working within youth players
    Worked within an Academy/RTC Environment
