Based at Armstrong Way in Southall.
The post holder will be expected to take part in the team agile working rota system which combines working from home and working at a designated work place.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Workforce Partnering & Advisory team as one of our Associate Workforce Partners.
This is a Local Services role working across the service lines we support initially with assignment to a particular service line as the role embeds.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is has experience of working in an HR role to be the first point of contact supporting the service lines with employee relations, change management and other workforce and OD related work streams.
You will work in a creative team having the opportunity to share your ideas and use your initiative to support the workforce strategy whilst providing a proactive service to colleagues across the Trust.
You will be a key member of the Workforce Advisory team supporting Local Services in managing employee relations and workforce planning.
We are looking for an exceptional HR professional to hit the ground running, forging partnerships with management teams to develop and implement the workforce aspect of the Trust's Workforce Plan in support of service strategy.
To succeed you will need to have demonstrable customer focus, experience of giving HR advice in employee relations, resourcing and workforce planning at a transactional level.
