JOB DETAILS
A national Approved Inspector now seeks a Building Inspector of private developers in Edinburgh. Basic salary of up to £45,000, targeted CABE membership support, bonus, enhanced pension, healthcare, with vehicle and fuel allowance.

As a Building Inspector your role will involve:
Site inspections and surveys on projects that are either completed or under construction
Ensuring work is completed to a standard which complies with current regulations, technical manuals, and health and safety
Completing reports and documentation based on site findings
Frequent liaison with peers and management on technical matters

Building Inspector requirements:
Building Inspector / Site Manager / similar new-build oversight
Associate/full member status of RICS/CABE/CIOB/ICWCI preferred
NVQ Level 4 qualified
Awareness of insurance principles and current UK Building Regulations
Full UK driving licence
