- Providing administrative support to financial advisers, including preparing client documentation and managing client queries
- Maintaining accurate client records and files in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Liaising with external stakeholders, such as product providers and clients, to facilitate efficient service delivery
- Ideally 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within an IFA firm or financial services environment
- Strong knowledge of wealth management and investment processing procedures
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
