We are looking for a highly successful experienced Estate Agent to join our company working as Sales Manager in our flagship Ealing office.
This is the perfect opportunity to join a hugely successful and rapidly expanding Estate Agency that rewards and recognises excellence.
As a Sales Manager, you will need to:
Create the largest active market share of any agent in the areaMaximise revenues and grow the property registerDevelop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendationsMaximise branch profit and achieve all financial targetsManage performance of employees through regular 1:1's, reviews and morning meetingsInfluence a result through effective team management, action planning and delivery of the planThe ideal candidate will:Have previous Estate Agency experience and customer service experienceBe target driven and tenacious, with a proven track record of achievementBe able to work effectively managing a teamBe motivated and enthusiastic at all timesDisplay high standards of service and presentationHave good organisational skillsDemonstrate ideas and initiative around plans for market growthIn return, you can expect to receive:Uncapped commission opportunities with bonus incentivesContinuous exciting career and personal development opportunitiesIncreasing holiday entitlement from 2 years' serviceProfit shareWork RemotelyNo
