Principal Objective:

Provide systems support for Dispensers, Tank Gauge, POS and back-office systems, across all systems supplied/ managed by TSG Technical Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the project management of periodic system upgrades.
Provide information and guidance to station personnel in the proper support and maintenance of equipment.
Customer training of POS and backoffice systems.
All work done for internal or external customers must be logged and updates recorded using the company prescribed incident management solution currently Kimoce.
Maintain accurate and provide timely update of records.
Variable shift pattern available between the hours of 8am to 8pm.
Weekend rota working to be discussed during interview.

Skills & Abilities - Essential

Good problem solving & troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work to tight deadline with a flexible and customer focused approach.
Intermediate level of expertise in PC hardware and repair
Understanding and use of Windows Operating System, Windows Office products and Communications software.
Experience and knowledge of retail environment.
Demonstrate ability to quickly learn using new software and technologies.
Ability to work without supervision.
