JOB SUMMARY: As the Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of marketing campaigns aimed at driving demand and generating qualified leads for our products or services. You will show a strong sense of craft whilstleading planning and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Your role will be pivotal in fueling revenue growth by effectively generating demand and nurturing leads through top of funnel activities.We might be biased, but this is a truly exhilarating opportunity for someone to step in and take the lead on all aspects of growth marketing, supported by the entire Media team, from videographers to graphic designers to content managers. As a media-first business, there are ample opportunities to innovate within our market and uphold our position as the leading authority. This is a brand-new role for an individual ready to make an immediate impact and someone who wants to drive sustainable revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
Campaign planning and execution & Lead Generation
Lead strategic go-to-market campaigns for MEDDICC Membership and all of our core product pillars by building best-in-class nurture programs and multi-channel campaigns, your craving will drive you to look atincluding a/b testing, optimization and analysis. You'll be responsible for identifying technologies and marketing tools that enable effective and scalable demand-generation efforts.
Sales Alignment
You will collaborate closely with the revenue team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales objectives. This involves understanding sales needs and facilitating lead-handoff. By fostering strong communication and coordination between marketing and revenue, you'll ensure that campaigns effectively target and engage potential customers, driving revenue growth and achieving business goals.
Content Creation
Collaborating with the full media team to develop compelling and relevant content that attracts and engages target audiences, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars and more.
Market Research
You'll conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies. This includes analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and tailor campaigns effectively. By utilising your Clockspeed, you'll stay informed about industry developments and customer preferences, you'll be able to position products or services strategically and deliver messaging that resonates with target audiences, maximizing the impact of marketing efforts.
Reporting
Your role involves monitoring campaign metrics, such as lead conversion rates and ROI, to measure effectiveness. Using data analytics tools, you'll gather insights to optimize strategies and improve performance continuously. By preparing and presenting comprehensive reports to senior management and stakeholders, you'll provide valuable insights into the impact of demand generation efforts on overall business outcomes, driving data-driven decision-making and ensuring the efficient allocation of marketing resources. We'll want to report on your impact from demand-gen ideation to revenue goals.
