- Provide accurate financial information to support the CFO's strategic responsibilities, including assistance to business areas through the Finance Business Partner team.
- Drive and deliver continuous customer service, identifying and initiating improvements to financial systems, processes, workflows, and management information.
- Manage and report financial risks and issues, collaborating closely with colleagues across the organisation responsible for general accounting.
- Understand and meet the management accounting needs of finance colleagues in business areas, FP&A, Financial Accounting team, and Finance Business Partners.
- Cultivate close working relationships across the management accounting team, business partners, financial accounting team, and finance staff.
- Deliver management accounting across the organisation, driving continuous process improvement and ensuring accurate, reliable, and timely management reporting to support decision making.
- Contribute to streamlining processes and improving data accuracy, providing better analysis, insight, and support to the business.
- Support the training and development of finance staff to embed the new function within the organisation Finance and address professional development needs.
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with a customer service mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Studying towards or qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA
- Previous experiance in a Management Accounting/ Business Partnering role
- Previous experiance supporting FP&A functions
