    Gross Annual Salary Package: 40,000-45,000 GBP Basic Salary + 20% Annual Bonus (up to 54,000 GBP in total)

    We are looking for an experienced and proactive CRM Manager to oversee our company's customers and prospects database operations, ensuring data accuracy, security, and optimising processes to drive commercial teams engagement and performance.

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities combined with strong business acumen to enforce best practices and maintain high data quality and commercial performance.


    CRM Organisation and Optimisation:
    Design, implement, and maintain CRM database systems to meet the company's needs and support its operations.
    Develop and enforce database standards and best practices for efficient and secure data management.
    Ensure accurate and comprehensive tracking and reporting of all activities related to visprom/exprom contacts in the CRM.
    Perform regular database performance monitoring, tuning, and optimisation to ensure maximum efficiency.
    Work with Marketing Director on developing data growth (organic/research/acquisition) strategies that are compliant with data compliance laws.

    Work with Marketing Director on developing and optimising lead scoring methodologies to aid the commercial teams in identifying and prioritising high-value leads.

    Monitor lead qualification and lead funnel for the commercial teams, creating reports, workflows and processes to ensure that leads are properly nurtured.

    Conduct regular data quality checks, including on internal data segmentation, and perform audits to maintain accurate and consistent data.

    Collaborate with team members across the marketing function and wider business to establish data selection best practices.
    Monitor unengaged data and assist the marketing team in creating re-engagement strategies.
    Manage database security, including access controls, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
    Troubleshoot and resolve database issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient problem resolution.
    Set and strive to achieve high data quality / completeness targets.
    Establish frequency for data cleansing and audits, providing detailed reports on these actions.
    Stay up to date with the latest database technologies and trends to recommend and implement improvements.


    Data Compliance:

    Review data capture methods via forms and registration pages, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and implementing necessary recommendations.

    Review and optimise methodology to pass leads to external partners in ways that are compliant with data protection laws.

    Stay up to date with the latest data protection and governance laws in targeted geographies.

    Team Training and Support:
    Conduct internal surveys to measure CRM confidence and analyse needs by team.
    Plan and conduct regular CRM management and optimisation training sessions / refreshers to relevant teams, including commercial teams.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

    At least 3-5 years of work experience in a CRM role, with strong focus on database management, maintenance and growth as well as on setup of automated workflows and engaging reports.

    Proficiency in database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, etc.
    Proficiency in Salesforce required. Proficiency in FreshWorks CRM is a plus.
    Salesforce Certified Professional) are a plus.
    Previous Project management experience in steering of the migration onto a new CRM within an organisation.
    Proven track record in improving commercial teams' performance based on CRM optimisation.
    Strong understanding of database architecture, performance tuning, and optimisation techniques.
    Experience with database security protocols, backup and recovery solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
    Strong communication skills to enforce best practices and engage users in data management.
    Solid understanding and adherence track-record to data governance and data protection laws.
    Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
    High speed cable internet access in a quiet workspace.
    Open and eligible to global travel several weeks per year.

    Full remote
    ~35 hours a week: 09:00 - 17:00 UK time, Monday - Friday
