Electrical Engineer - Project Development

Salary -**Competitive salary with annual bonus, company car or car allowance and Veolia benefits

Location:

- **Home based with travel to Edinburgh, Manchester, Newcastle, Sheffield, Bristol, Cardiff, Reading, Peterborough and Bedford

Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

As an Electrical Engineer working in project development, you will be responsible for contributing to Veolia's growth by developing electrical solutions in building services, energy generation and infrastructure distribution that meet our customer requirementsfor sustainability, resilience, innovation, performance and optimised life cycle cost.

What will you be doing?

Providing Electrical Design technical guidance and support across Veolia UK's Energy Industrial Customers.
Responsible for the Electrical Design development and promotion of new innovative and commercially attractive technical solutions.
To support the sustainable growth of Veolia UK's business by leading the Electrical Design for technical solutions in HVAC, BMS, LTHW, Chilled Water, District Energy, Heat Pumps, Fuel Cells, Low Carbon Heat Network, Steam and CHP systems.
Provide Electrical Design support to the Technical Solutions leadership, BD and Ops teams to develop new energy performance proposals, existing operational contracts and new business development opportunities within industrial, healthcare and building servicesectors.

What are we looking for?

Experience of the energy industry in particular: building services, HVAC, BMS, steam raising plants, CHP, LTHW systems, Low carbon technology and heat networks.
Excellent understanding of electrical distribution and controls to lead selected projects electrical design development.
An effective relationship builder capable of working in teams to manage large volumes of work.
