We currently have an exciting Hybrid working opportunity for a experienced Inbound Sales Advisor to join our well-established client.

Working for a FCA regulated business you will support in the Sales team with providing a high standard of customer servicein-line with the company visions and values.

As a Inbound Sales Advisor you will be offered the basic salary of £25,375 per annum, will work Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and one in three Saturdays from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.

As an experienced Inbound SalesAdvisor you will demonstrate clear passion and drive to convert sales and provide a first class service.


Responsibilities for this Inbound Sales Advisor will include:

  • Take inbound service calls to support existing customers with post-sales support, including policy changes, cancellations and general queries
  • Take inbound sales calls from prospective customers who have generated quotations, either from one of our partners, a comparison website, or directly from our website
  • Take inbound renewals calls from existing customers, supporting them in a range of insurance policy renewals
  • Follow sales, customer services, and renewals processes through to completion, making sure card payment details and Direct Debits are completed accurately
  • Follow all compliance and quality standards

Experience for this Inbound Sales Advisor role:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly with customers and colleagues
  • Previous Inbound Sales experience
  • Previous experience working with FCA regulations
  • Logical thinking and an aptitude for problem solving
  • Strong prioritisation skills, focused on meeting targets
  • Ability to be part of a team, working in collaboration with your colleagues
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
