Commercial Property Solicitor

Chester/Hybrid £35,000 - £50,000 My client is a highly reputable and established law firm located in the heart of Chester. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional legal services, we take pride in delivering top-notch solutions to their diverse clientele. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team and contribute to their continued success. Position Overview:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in our real estate department. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial property transactions, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the smooth progress of property deals for our clients. Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on various aspects of commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
Drafting and reviewing commercial leases, contracts, and agreements.
Conducting property due diligence and title investigations.
Negotiating terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
Resolving property-related disputes and providing legal solutions.
Staying updated on relevant laws and regulations in the field.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial property law.
Solid understanding of UK property law and regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven track record of handling complex commercial property transactions.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
