We have an exciting opportunity to join one of the airline's most visible departments, working with globally renowned suppliers to influence the onboard experience of our customers.
From airline caterers overseas to providers of custom tableware and bedding in the UK, you will be the primary point of contact for commercial discussions within your portfolio.
Whether relating to a new product launch, a new contract tender, or a change to an existing contract, you will work closely with the Hospitality, Product and Catering Operations teams to understand the scope of services and influence the commercial outcomes.
Other duties for a portfolio of suppliers include:
- Leading the creation and governance of business cases for new investment spend
- Updating and managing a commercial roadmap to facilitate the prioritisation of activity across the Onboard Experience department
- Being the primary point of contact for Finance and Procurement partners on commercial matters
- Driving continuous improvement in contract governance processes
