PART TIME APPLICANTS WILL BE CONSIDERED

HOURS PER WEEK TO FIT SUITABLE APPLICANT


Part of a team of four, you will be responsible for garden maintenance and development, you will also be working alongside the team responsible for general maintenance and groundworks of the estate.


Well equipped estate, of approximately 2 acres of garden, 6 acres of wildflower meadows with ponds and an additional 100 acres of woodland.

The estate has good modern facilities, a new greenhouse and fully equipped potting shed


Duties Include:


  • General garden maintenance weeding, planting, maintaining lawns, hedge trimming
  • Maintaining garden furniture clearing leaves/debris
  • Patio and pot plant maintenance watering/pruning
  • Developing the garden to its full potential

Knowledge and Skills required:


  • Driving Licence
  • Experience as a Gardener 5 years
  • Highly motivated with an eye for detail
  • Able to follow instructions
  • Have a positive attitude towards Health and Safety
  • Able to communicate well at all levels
  • Have a flexible approach to work
  • Be a strong team player
  • Have excellent time keeping

Job Types:

Salary:
£15.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No more than 40 per week

  • Billingham, TS22: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

  • Gardening: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence
