We have a great opportunity for a dynamic, talented, self-motivated, and focused individual to join our team to provide first class support to the Executive Team.

You will have significant experience of working as a PA at Executive or Director level and be able to work autonomously providing a full range of high-level support, including complex diary management, effective prioritisation and have working experience of supporting meetings and be able to accurately take and transcribe minutes.

The Person

  • Proven experience as an Executive Team Assistant in a fastmoving environment, supporting multiple senior leaders at C-Suite level.
  • Extensive minutetaking experience at a senior level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint / Teams).
  • Exceptional judgment and discretion regarding information, which may be confidential, material and/or nonpublic.
  • Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote capacity.
