Do you have a mix of B2B and B2C experience? Are you comfortable using data to support your strategy? Then become Alamy's newest Performance Marketing Manager.


You will advise, implement, and improve paid digital campaigns Globally, driving both volume and quality of leads and sales conversions across Enterprise and Ecommerce customer segments.

You'll be responsible for launching Paid Search, Affiliate, DisplayMedia and Paid Social campaigns.

You'll work closely to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and produce high quality sales leads and revenue. You'll continually strive to improve processes, stay ahead of digital advertising trends, and have a focus on effective reporting


What you'll be doing:


  • Supporting the Head of Marketing in budget planning and management.
  • Adjusting paid campaigns to multiple geographic regions when necessary.
  • Optimising search campaigns in order to achieve the best results.
  • Reviewing campaigns, giving the Brand Marketing team feedback.
  • Preparing monthly reports, as well as adhoc reports.
  • Using data sources to report on and analyse results.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to create monthly reports on the channels you own acknowledging notable statistics and emerging trends.

What we need from you:


  • PPC experience.
  • Google Ads qualification.
  • Confident processing data.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in reporting on metrics, insights, and adapting plans.
  • Skilled at extrapolating insights using Google Analytics, Quicksight, Google Data Studio and Datorama.
  • Experience running Affiliate campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Comfortable with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Corporate Edition.
  • Confident using Facebook Ads Manager; including, setting up Facebook Pixels, messenger chatbots and advertising campaigns.
