Our client is looking for a Commercial Contracts Manager to join their team and champion and drive the utilisation of contract management tools to optimise revenue and profitability.

They're specialists in the upper and lower extremities and are focused on providing innovative products that are the very best for everyone in the healthcare market,from surgeons to patients.


The role


As a Commercial Contracts Manager, working with the NHS frameworks and having visibility of all open opportunities, you will lead and support the bidding and delivery of all profitable business.

You will disseminate and submit large scale tender submissionsthat are profitable and in line with our client's business strategy.

  • Responsibilities include:_
  • Processing and reviewing contract requests
  • Routing documents to the appropriate sales team
  • Supporting in the maintenance of the tender database
  • Administration and management of all framework activities
  • Supporting with contract tools and templates
  • Delivering continuous improvement of all tools and processes
  • Providing ad hoc project and team support as required
  • Attending face to face meetings with relevant stakeholders

The requirements

  • You will have 2 years of experience working with tender management relating to the NHS/TOS framework, as well as_
  • Experience of contract management with medical devices
  • Contract/Procurement law knowledge would be desirable
  • Hyperorganised, detail orientated and analytical
  • Ability to prioritise objectives to meet deadlines
  • Capable of running analytics to support various sales channels
  • Excellent strategy, presentation, and communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • An enthusiastic and hardworking approach
  • Flexible attitude, selfmotivated and able to work under pressure
  • This remote position is primarily homebased (80%) and will requires some travel (approximately 20% to 30%). _
