Harrison Bathrooms are a leading UK distributor of bathroom goods and due to expansion we are looking to recruit an experienced Business Support and Projects Officer to join our Operations Team.


You will have proven experience within a similar role in an office environment and used to working at a fast pace and looking for a new challenge with a company that supports growth and development from within.

You will be responsible for;

  • Managing projects to execute operations project effectively and efficiently.
  • Define scope, budget and schedule for operations project.
  • Identify project risks and recommend appropriate resolutions through trialing and assessment
  • Develop and implement project management procedures and methodologies to achieve business goals.
  • Conduct performance review and provide performance feedback to staff and management
  • Assisting with the set up and coordination of project plans and delivery timelines
  • Maintain Internal Systems and assist teams with any issues that may arise with the systems
  • Working with Operations team on the Warehouse Management System

To qualify for this role you will be:

  • An experienced Project Co-ordinator/ Manager
  • Self motivated and able to use your own initiative
  • Able to Multi Task effectively
  • A calm unflappable approach in a busy and demanding environment
  • Problem solver
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • ALL Microsoft packages particularly Excel
  • Sage experience would be preferred
  • Experience of DataLinks
  • Willing to develop your skills
  • Knowledge of IT Systems is a must

Salary is Negotiable based on Experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Project management: 2 years (preferred)
- working with IT Software: 2 years (preferred)
