9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri
Reporting to Facility Manager
I am recruiting for a dependable and motivated permanent administrator for a fast-growing manufacturing business based in Paisley.
The duties of this role are:
- Completing service reports for clients.
- Being the first point of contact for the office.
- Answering and transferring incoming calls.
- Managing and filing service reports and client files.
- Putting documents into storage.
- Reception duties.
- General office admin.
- 1 or more years' admin experience.
- To be knowledgeable and skilled with Microsoft office packages.
- To have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong attention to detail.
- The ability to work in a demanding and fast environment.
- To be capable of completing their workload independently.
