£35,000 - £45,000 per annum dependent on experienceplus bonus scheme

Full time/Permanent

Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

We have a new opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join Bank Partners, leading the Recruitment Team ensuring an excellent recruitment service is provided to all internal/external customers, and that all staff within the Bank Partners division adheresto all relevant legislation/policies & procedures.


Bank Partners (part of Acacium Group) are an established, reputable, multi-award winning business who provide high-quality, independent staffing and services to some of the largest trusts in the NHS.

We work in partnership with each of our trusts to ensurewe support staff shortages across the wards, seamlessly and efficiently.

Every day you will

  • Ensure all contractual recruitment targets are met each month
  • Ensure all staff recruited are recruited to the company's standards
  • Meet the SLA fill rates by actively working with the Contract Manager and the Bookings Manager
  • Implement any changes in processes within the recruitment and compliance team

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...

  • Previous experience in leading a team, ideally in a recruitment environment
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • A track record of successfully meeting set objectives and KPI's
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively
