On our mission to make charging simple and hassle-free for all, our charging points have been used worldwide to keep motorists on the road.

We work with the world's leading vehicle manufacturers, as well as some of the UK's biggest fleets, leasing companies, local authorities, new housing market and many more We are the UK's only charger manufacture that can offer all their own products in house from 7kw AC to 300kw DC.

The role:

We are looking for individuals to work in a team to provide customer support to our clients charging points across the UK.

Regardless of your previous experience, we are looking for a team player who will work with clients to build a relationship and to resolve any issues that they are experiencing.

Within a regular day of our customer service department, you will be replying to customer enquiries, answering customer phone calls, checking customer accounts, and investigating serial number specific problems.

We are looking for people like you, to join a long-term company and to provide exceptional levels of customer service to our clients, promoting a market leading service.

What you'll bring:

Experience in customer care/service
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong listening skills
A real passion for service and customers
Enjoy working as part of a team but also have the ability to work on your own initiative
The ability to prioritise and organise your own time and tasks
Good administration skills
A positive attitude and good work ethic
Problem solving
General knowledge of standard Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Outlook and Word
The ability to combine talking and typing
