  • 8 am 4.30pm Mon-Thursday
  • 8 am 3pm Friday

Overview


Cove have partnered with a local client to recruit for a Service Administrator for their growing Service and Repair Department.


You would be working as part of a small team to undertake administration tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.

With an early finish Friday and a great team to join - could this be the role for you?


The Responsibilities

  • Manage/Plan Engineers diary and workload.
  • Liaise with customers and Suppliers, take telephone queries, book in jobs when required.
  • Raise job/Service Reports for work due.
  • Raise invoices
  • General daily office duties ie: filing
  • Stock control
  • Goods in/Goods out
  • Update Excel spreadsheet on daily basis with job sheets
  • Maintain and update accordingly Customer Index Cards.

The Person


We're looking for an outgoing and friendly, enthusiastic person who's a good team player and happy to help fellow colleagues.

You will have excellent communication skills and have worked in a busy office environment.
Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative
A high level of customer Service experience an advantage
IT skills required - Word, Excel

This office based role is offered on a permanent basis, the company bonus is paid twice a year. This role would suit someone that is happy working a close knit team.
