Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Technical Manager to assume responsibility for overseeing technical aspects of projects, replacing the current incumbent who has been promoted.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of projects while upholding the highest standards of quality and innovation.
Manage technical aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.Utilise expertise in Revit and BIM to streamline design processes and enhance project efficiency.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to oversee project progress and address technical issues as they arise.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Proven experience in a technical management role within the construction or engineering industry.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.
Willingness to travel as needed to project sites and client locations.
