Then we may an exciting opportunity for you as an Account Manager, based in Leeds city centre at a property management company.
You will play a critical role to ensure the smooth running of the business, liaising between Tenants and Landlords, ensuring themaintenance of both property standards and customer satisfaction.
Working in a small but very warm and welcoming team to provide an excellent service, the role makes for a rewarding experience.
The position is a permanent role. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays being worked alongside this, with time off in lieu.Job Title:

£21,000
The role:
- Customer Relations with Landlords and tenants
- Data Management
- Customer Satisfaction and Relations
- Landlord and Tenant arbitration
- Periodic property inspections
- Coordinating Inventories and deposit assessments
- Proactive and reactive maintenance
- Ensuring quick turnaround of work between tenancies
- Liaising with internal and thirdparty contractors to ensure completion of works
- Proactive arrears management
- Account Management including landlord statements and account queries
- Invoicing third party contractors to close works orders
- Working with Negotiators to ensure all properties are let
What we are looking for:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A highly organised and motivated individual able to use their own initiative
- A team player
- Someone able to multitask, even if under pressure
- Computer literate
- Full, current driving licence and own transport
Location:
Leeds City centre, excellent transport links available.
