Wholesale Assistant

(Permanent Full-Time)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?


As a Wholesale Assistant for Dunhill, you will play a crucial role in supporting the wholesale team to drive sales and ensure the successful distribution of luxury products to wholesale partners and clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Wholesale Director & Sales Managers in managing day-to-day operations, maintaining relationships with retail partners, and providing exceptional customer service.


Working as a Wholesale Assistant in a luxury brand offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a prestigious and high-end industry.

You will contribute to expanding the brand's presence in the market, fostering valuable relationships with retail partners, and ensuring the successful distribution of luxury products worldwide.


Sales Support:


  • Collaborate with the Wholesale Director & Managers to generate sales leads and develop strategies to meet sales targets
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, product catalogues, and marketing materials for wholesale partners
  • Help manage sales orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to wholesale partners

Showroom/In Market:


  • Support in booking all appointments with existing and prospective customers
  • Ensure all wholesale orders are submitted within order entry deadline
  • Prepare all showroom documents including Customer Linesheets, Product Catologues & all other market documents
  • Upload images to Joor; be the main contact with Joor to ensure smooth showroom operations.
  • Adhoc showroom tasks

Data Management:


  • Request & collate weekly sell through reports from all key partners
  • Analyse sales data and generate reports to support decisionmaking by the wholesale team
  • Consolidate weekly sales & delivery forecast for each region, to be shared with the wholesale director and finance team on the weekly
  • Lead the prebuy forecasting, by analysing historical sales data

Customer Relationship Management:


  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with wholesale & franchise partners
  • Respond to inquiries and provide product information to wholesale & franchise partners
  • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by partners to ensure a positive and professional partnership

Inventory Management:


  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure sufficient stock availability for retail partners
  • Assist in planning and executing stock allocations to retail stores or online retailers

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • A passion for luxury products and a keen eye for detail to maintain the brand's luxury image
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for trade shows, client meetings, or other events as required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with retail partners and team members
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions
  • Selfmotivated with a strong drive for results and ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in wholesale operations, luxury retail, or customer service is advantageous
  • Fluent in English; French/Italian would be a bonus
