- Organise the timely delivery of projects independently, reporting to Technical Leads.
- Demonstrate a high level of knowledge in using the latest design software.
- Identify learning opportunities and support Junior Staff in their development.
- Keep up to date with changes in relevant legislation and have a strong working knowledge of the technical and legal requirements for approval and adoption.
- Help the Civils Team enhance its reputation within the Welsh Marketplace.
