- Legal Degree, previous experience working on negotiating software licensing and development contracts, technology and business outsourcing transactions
- Demonstrable ability to quickly analyse problems and to devise and deliver appropriate solutions;
- This role is ideally suited to someone from financial services, but will consider other industry backgrounds for the role.

Are you a qualified lawyer with significant experience relating to Commercial Law, technology and outsourcing contracts? Do you work for a highly regarded law firm in this arena? Would you like to change your role and work for a well-regarded financial services organisation, which gives you a platform to develop your skills and challenge yourself in a collaborative environment?
Your new role would be a challenging fixed term contract opening as Legal Counsel- Commercial. Based in Glasgow, with hybrid working.
The role will will engage in negotiations of vendor contracts focusing primarily on technology procurement as well as agreements for procurement of other goods and services including consulting services, business process outsourcing, and information technology-related services.
