Job summary:

We're looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our busy team as a Finance Officer.

In this role you will be fully trained to assist the team in:

- the development of financial systems, processes and controls
- producing analysis relating to our contracted inspection workforce and other areas
- monitoring forecasts for our employed inspector workforce and investigating variances, risks and trends
- supporting budget holders with day-to-day budget management.

You will be a confident user of Microsoft Excel, able to work accurately with large data sets at speed. You will have the ability to plan your own workload and work on your own initiative. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a passion for good customer service.
