The Head of Sustainability at Boohoo plays a pivotal role in delivering the group's ESG strategy and implementing more sustainable practices across the organization and its supply chain.
Key tasks include reporting into the Exec and Non-Exec ESG Committees, leading the groups Environment & Climate Committee, working with our brands and suppliers, collaborating with cross-functional group teams, engaging with external stakeholders, and driving the company's commitment to environmental and social stewardship.
We cover Sustainability, Sourcing, Ethical Trade, Product Quality and Operational Efficiency.In this role you will be responsible for developing and delivering business wide training on ESG to upskill all areas of the business.
To promote circularity initiatives, improve group carbon accounting skills and understanding to refine our approach to emissions tracking and navigate our path towards a net zero roadmap.
You will hold responsibilty for the ESG content within the groups annual report. Identifying opportunities to map and reduce the company's carbon footprint, energy usage, waste, and water consumption.Extensive experience in sustainability leadership roles, ideally within the fashion or retail industry.
